Training & Workshop Offerings
Potter's Wheel Community Services' trainings are based upon the holistic view of the individual needs of a school, company, or business entity. We approach these trainings in a therapeutic way that supports long-term impacts on students, educators, and business professionals.
Potter's Wheel Community Services provides the Ripple Effect Workshops across the state of Massachusetts. Ripple Effect Workshops approach all educational and business institutions with a 3-prong style engagement. First, we engage administration, educators, management, and employees on an individual basis in order to ascertain the true needs of a school or business setting.
Secondly, based on our findings, Potter's Wheel Community Services develops school or business-specific trainings or workshops that facilitate targeted growth within a school or business community.
Lastly, we continue to develop professional relationships that support the growth of that particular entity, which engenders a healthy culture and climate within the business or educational institution that we serve.
