Her passion is to empower all people to impact change within the lives of those individuals that they serve daily. Natasha is inspired by the principles of Holy Scripture. She believes strongly that regardless of age, educational background, socioeconomic status, or sociopolitical beliefs, we all have the capacity to cause a positive ripple in our serviced communities. Natasha has worked tirelessly at tearing down the construct of institutional racism while simultaneously combating the self- destructive behavioral patterns that plague our inner-city communities. She is the Founder and CEO of Potter’s Wheel Community Services.

Reverend Brian Mitchell is a native of Springfield, Massachusetts, who has a passion to see men saved, strengthened and rejoined to their nuclear families. He has been a leader throughout the commonwealth of Massachusetts for over twenty years and has attributed his growth to places such as Dunbar Community Center and Northern Educational Services. He has a passion for community education, and as such, engages in fruitful and often challenging dialogues through Potters Wheel Community Services trainings and speaking engagements. Rev. Mitchell has been awarded the Beacon of The Community Award and the Key Player Award. Not only does he fight for those in his community, but he also fights for communities nationally and internationally. He loves his wife Natasha of nearly 16 years and his two children. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ministry, with an emphasis in Biblical Studies from Grand Canyon University and is currently obtaining a Master of Divinity degree from Grand Canyon University. Rev. Mitchell was licensed and ordained to the Gospel ministry, and lives unselfishly for those around him to impact change in his serviced communities. “My Spirit‑led discernment and the Lord’s steady leading have deepened my understanding of God’s call by revealing both the weight and beauty of pastoral ministry, as well as the essential value of other ministry roles within the church universal. Through prayerful reflection, I have discerned that my calling rests in spiritual formation, discipleship, and evangelism for the broader body of Christ. My gifts function pastorally, yet outside the boundaries of traditional pulpit ministry. I now recognize that God has called me to serve the universal church by offering pastoral insight and support that strengthens congregations beyond a single local context. This calling is further shaped by my deep love for men’s ministry, where I have witnessed the transformative power of brotherhood, accountability, and intentional spiritual growth. In addition, my passion for apologetics equips me to engage both believers and seekers with clarity and conviction, helping others navigate difficult questions and grow in confidence in the truth of the Christian faith.”
